Remote Taster Class – Homemade Pici Pasta with Wild Mushrooms and Truffle Oil
Join Rachel for some incredible food as we cook together!
We’ll be making hand-formed pici pasta along with a lovely sauce, all from the comfort of your own home.
You’ll be sent a full shopping and equipment list, and we’ll cook along together.
You’ll learn all about pasta, and how to make pasta dough before hand-rolling the dough and pairing it with a delicious mushroom sauce finished off with truffle oil and Parmesan. You’re in for a treat!
